The 2026 U.S. Housing and Urban Development’s Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity is now open!

On June 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. The Homeless Services Department will be submitting our community’s Collaborative Application to by August 26, 2026.

The Multnomah County New Project Local Solicitation is open starting June 10, 2026. All applications are due by July 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Please visit our New Project or Renewal webpage for additional due dates, resources, and guidance. We encourage any entities that have not previously received CoC funding including faith-based organizations to apply for a new project.
