The 2026 U.S. Housing and Urban Development’s Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity is now open!

On June 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. The Homeless Services Department will be submitting our community’s Collaborative Application to by August 26, 2026.

2026 Multnomah County CoC Ranked Project Priority Listing

The Collaborative Application Committee, of the CoC Board met, on Monday, August 3rd to select project proposals to put forward to HUD under the CoC & DV Bonus process and to finalize the ranked project priority listing. Project scores were based on the criteria publicly published in the 2026 CoC Bonus and DV Bonus Solicitation. Funding decisions were made based on the publicly published CoC Ranking Policy. All accepted and reduced projects will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to apply for CoC program funds under the FY 26 CoC Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The full priority list can be found in the link above. Final award of funds are subject to HUD’s approval as described in the NOFO.
