Important information for Renewal PSH projects

In acknowledgement of the importance of permanent supportive housing for preventing returns to homelessness, as well as HUD’s priority of increasing transitional housing capacity and maximize competitiveness, renewal PSH projects will only be invited to apply as renewals by invitation only. If you are unsure if your project is invited to apply for a renewal project, please check your email or contact Alyssa Plesser (alyssa.plesser@multco.us).

Important Dates

July 1: Deadline for renewal project draft e-snaps applications

July 14: Deadline for renewal project local application

July 14-August 1: Project applicants have a staff member available to make edits to the e-snaps application based on feedback from HSD or Homebase on their application.

August 5: HSD notifies project applicants if they have been locally selected to be forwarded to HUD as part of our 2026 CoC NOFO application

August 17: Final e-snaps applications due for all projects
