Equal Access to Housing
Effectively implement the Equal Access to Housing in HUD Programs, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity (Equal Access Final Rule), along with CoC-wide training with providers on applying these principles in line with one’s gender identity (Gender Identity Final Rule).

Connecting Clients to Mainstream Benefits Slides
Offered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA), this free course trains case workers to help adults in apply for the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) disability programs, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The CoC encourages case managers assisting with SSI/SSDI applications to use the SOAR model.
