The 2026 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is expected to be released soon. Once the NOFO has been released, this page will provide detailed instructions for agencies interested in submitting new project applications.

A virtual CoC NOFO Competition Kickoff for Renewal and New CoC Project Applicants will be held in partnership with our TA providers, Homebase, once the competition is released. This session will be recorded and posted to the HSD Website.
