2025 Information
Important Due Dates for 2025
- November 13: NOFO Released
- November 25: HSD to publicly post and release the new project application
- November 26: Competition Kick-Off/TA Workshop
- December 3: Deadline for Letter of Intent ahead of submitting new project pre-application
- December 12: Deadline for new project pre-applications
- December 17: Deadline for new project e-snaps applications
- December 18: Review and Rank panel with Collaborative Application Committee
- December 19: HSD notifies project applicants if they have been locally selected to be forwarded to HUD as part of our 2025 CoC NOFO application
- December 22: Written appeals deadline
- December 29-January 7: Project applicants have a staff member available to make edits to the e-snaps application based on feedback from HSD or Homebase on their application
- January 7: Final New and Renewal Project Applications and Attachments Submitted in e-snaps
- January 13: HSD plans to submit the final application, ahead of the 1/14/26 deadline
- January 14: HUD CoC Application Due Date (final submission deadline)
